Workaholism might not seem costly, but actually causes destruction (e.g. damaged health, damaged relationships, mental health issues, etc.). Negative behaviors can be easier to stop when the consequences are immediate, yet unfortunately, the greatest damage we do to our lives comes through a slow progression.
