You can make great progress in just a quarter of an hour. Significant and “imperfect” progress is a product of consistently making smart 15-minute choices.
Over a decade ago, when I had our logo designed, I made the tree with 7 leaves to represent our “Make it 7” success philosophy (i.e., on a scale of 1 to 10, a 7 is great as perfectionism feeds anxiety) and to represent the 7 essential life areas below.
Invest at least 15-mintues in each life area daily. You will likely invest more time in many areas, but 15-minutes is a great start.
Here are 5 of the results I see people make as they make 15-minute decisions.
15-Minutes Results
- Clarity as you reflect on the different area of your life.
- Improved life balance because you’ll spend time in neglected areas.
- Encouragement as you start recognizing progress.
- More confidence as your competence grows in different life areas.
- Life transformations as you keep consistently doing hard things.
